Where does the data come from?

From openly licensed public sources: World Bank Open Data for economic indicators, the Research Organization Registry for institution identities, and OpenAlex for publications and citations. Rankings are recomputed daily.

Yes. A plan runs for the billing period confirmed with you and can be ended at the end of that period.
